Just Started this game. I'm at the point where I got the key from the fish tank and I opened the book casket and got the note and the address book. My problem is Nina is suppose to read the address book and the note to get Oleg address but, I'm not able to get her to read these two things, so in turn I'm not able to go to Oleg house the only move I can make is going back and foward to the Museum and her Dad's house. Any ideas whats wrong. Thanks for the help...

Thanks I'm Listening

Karen...Did you simply click on the items in your inventory? I believe that's how she ends up reading them as I recall.

Karen there isn't really anything wrong. Have you helped a little girl out at the museum yet?
Have you used the computer yet?

Karen, I don't know about the individual items that you're trying to read--have you gotten them in closeup view. But for reading the diary, you are supposed to click on the diary icon at the bottom right at the screen. Maybe that will help a little...luck

Hi ev1, this is what I did (JKEerie) in answering your ques. yes I did click on the address book and I placed it on Nina nothing she doesn't read it and the note too. (Sue) I did talk to the little girl and fixed here tire and I did use her Dad's computer (Jenny) I did click on the diary icon when nessessary from the bottom. Do I just click on the idems in inventory and it just opens if so that didn't work either. Anything else that may help... Thanks.

Karen...

Did you right click on the items in inventory? That gives the eye or look icon. She should read them then. The hand icon uses and the eye icon reads or looks at the items. It took a while for me to remember that.

Karen...you're very welcome. I'm halfway through this game but haven't had a chance to get back to it in a couple of weeks. I had to reload the game to remember how the inventory works with the eye and hand icon. It's a new wrinkle, but it is something else to remember during game play. LOL!

Have fun with the game. I'm enjoying it thus far! I especially like the voice acting.

Make it a habit to right click anything in inventory as soon as you put it in there. And don't forget to do it when you combine things there, too. laugh

I didn't do it......and if I did I'm not guilty!

Thanks for the advice sorry I didn't respond sooner. I have another question if I can... Right now I'm in the changing room and I'm trying to use to radio to page the systems operator, but, I'm having a problem with my call number and paging in the operator's number. In the WT it says to use #15 as my call number from the back of the radio but the #'s listed are 2,4,9,14,23,31 and to use #48 for the system operator which those #'s are 2,7,8,23,31,48 but, when I use the 48 the operator tells me it's the wrong numbers. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thanks again in advance...

Thanks I'm Listening

Karen,

Before you can use #15 call number, you have to find out it is there first.
Look at the back of the 2-way radio and see that it is #15.

For #48 - you also have to know about it first.
Go out the building and talk to the soldier by the train. He needs a permit to let you on board. Talk to him completely.
To call the driver, he talks to the paging system operator. Learn the number of the paging system operator - 48.

For the #15 - yes, look at the back of your 2-way radio you picked up from the locker.

Just talk to the soldier by the train completely. Eventually, he will call the paging operator and you will learn the number - #48.

I got the radio to work...Right now I'm in Sidorkin's car and looking over his desk. I'm trying to read about the acute threats to the Tunguska project but, I'm not able to locate it on the desk. When I do read it I get caught and I shift over to Max. The indicator dosen't seem to work on any of the idems on the desk. Anyone have any ideas.

That's correct. Later, you can check the diary to see what is read on that project.
You can go on as Max now.
Then you will be back as Nina at the train.

Thanks MaG, it worked fine..Next thing I'm at the hospital I met Nina from our conversation at the drain pipe.I'm at the part where I've made the blowgun with and used the anesthetic. I'm in the foyer and I'm suppose to take the wedge from the door but its not letting me do it, plus I'm suppose to use the blowgun in the peephole of the door, I don't know what door the peephole is located. Any ideas.... Thanks again..

If you remove the wedge, that door will close and it has the peep hole.

For you to get the wedge, you have to get that guard in that room by sabotaging the satellite dish. Be sure to use the surgery pliers on it.

I'm in the Himalayan's in the cave with Oleg standing guard...I'm in the waterfall. I found the body picked up the bag and found the bone key put it in the bottom hold from the three. went back and I'm suppose to enter the opening on the relief wall but, the indicator shows no little hand to where the opening is. I've ran my sencer all over that wall and I can't seem to from it. Some idea's on where this opening is located... thanks in advance.

Karen look to the left I believe. That's where the opening should be. My only other suggestion is to make sure the key is in the correct hole.
Good luck

Hi, I'm outside and I've fed the penguin with the fish and I'm trying to get the thing she was sitting on in the WT it says to click on the strange egg and the something to get this metal egg. But, in inventory I don't have the something when I used it for the iced key to get out it disapeared. I went back to checked the room again but it's no anywhere. Any ideas where it went.

Karen you need the egg from the incubator to replace the penguins egg. That's all you need once you give the fish to it.
