I've downloaded it at least twice and I can't get it to work. Has anybody else had trouble with it? It starts loading, but then I get an error message and it closes. Not sure if it's the game or my computer so I thought I would ask here before contacting customer service.

Karmyn please contact the tech services about this game and your problem with it. Maybe they will have an answer for you.

I have not played it karmyn but I would contact customer support so that they know there is an issue even if others have a solution. If they don't know there are folks with troubles they can't do anything to fix it.
