Peg,

Please do not use all upper case letters in your posts. It means shouting in net language. Thanks and welcome

Okay peg, sorry you've been stuck here for so long but please do not post in all upper case letters. It means you are screaming at me!
White powder on table on the left side of the room, supposition that it's opiates. Pitcher of water, suppostion that water contains strong opiate.
Box on the left at back of room, pelican pendants. Drawing on the floor by a column....peculiar drawing.
Statue by the altar right hand index finger coated with dust. Neck.....bound with rope shortly before death, dreadful broken statue, charcoal an paper equals perfect copy of symbols. Left "thumb" according to Holmes has puncture would but it's the middle finger left hand with the puncture.
Long discussion between Sherlock and Watson and then cut scene of the body.........gross.
That is literally what I saw and did after entering this "temple" area peg.

You couldn't have paid me enough to start this game all over again peg but that has to be your decision.
I'm not aware of any glitches here either, I think you missed something in this area.
Did you look at the point on the hatpin earlier and note that it was bloody?

Sue

I hope it will all be easier for you this time peg!

1. Open My Computer, C drive, Program Files folders.
2. Then open Focus - Frogwares - The Awakened and save folder.
3. Inside the save folder check what is the last number of the pictures inside there.
4. Download the sent saved game to the desktop.
5. Renumber the sent saved game that is on the desktop to be the last number seen in your save folder. For example: if the last number seen in step 3 is save_5; then relabel the picture sent to you as save_6
6, Now click-hold-drop the renumber picture file inside the save folder that is opened in step 3.
7. Close ALL folders.
8. Play- load as usual like your playing the game. Load the one sent.
Good luck.

ancient,

When you opened the Awakened folder, did you not find a folder labeled 'save'?

Also is you game patched?

I'm at a lost now.
Your saved game folder is not at the same place I have mine.

If you take the ones sent, does it show your old saves again?
If so, best to play the game and see if that can get you through.

I guess my game is different from yours and Ancient. My saved game folder is in there.
Check if your saved game folder is in My Documents.
My saves might not work for you also. frown
