I have C.'s real name, but I can't seem to get the photograph. I asked for it, but I didn't get it. I've even made it to the agency, but no picture can I get. The only picture I have now is the one of the construction site ghost and her son. Is there something else I can try?

I seem to be at the end game and need a hint on how to defeat the Countess. Could you help me with this one? She's already been hurt and Joey is trying to get her to deal with him. How do I get her to do so? I've clicked on her over and over and I'm getting the same dialogue.

Sphinx get Joey to keep pulling her nearer the balcony door. He needs to taunt her and I think you have to click on her each time he moves further out.
You need to get her all the way onto the balcony...Joey will be floating in space.
