Anyone try this one yet? I can't even figure out what it is by the description and the screenshots. I have dial up so would kind of like to have a gist of what it's about before I take a few hours to download.

jld, I haven't.

Is it This One.

They have listed time management games as being similiar--like Diner Dash.

Hello jdlcat,
Yes I tried it & bought it. I'm now on my 3rd time going thru it. You use the mouse to maneuver the little fairy around the screen & attach little pieces of pollen to her braid to feed the tree. However, similar to Feeding Frenzy2 , there are bad bugs going back & forth across the screen-if you touch one ,all the pollen you have collected disburses, you have to collect it all again. There are 100 levels & they get harder as you go. The story is pretty good, but what I liked is , I can relax with this one after playing a hard adventure game. I also use Peggle to relax. I like this one.

This game is not a time management game like Diner Dash at all.

For a real challenge play this game in "hard" mode

The premise of the game is to collect pollen that is scattered all around the screen. Pollen is collected when you pass your "fairy" over the pollen. It sounds easy enough, until you add all these flying insects that try to attack you and all have different flying patterns.

On top of that every few levels you have these creatures that are strategically placed that can kill or injur you. If you get injured too many times, you will lose the level and have to start all over again.

The game has beautiful graphics and there is definitely some strategy involved, choosing the correct 'wings' and 'attributes' will help you pass certain levels.

I actually wrote some tips and tricks for Gamezebo about this game. The guide was actually written for the hard mode since it is so hard to pass. The easy mode is not that bad but if you're looking for a challenge, try this game in hard mode and see how you can do. Hey, it's worth downloading to see if you like it.

I actually thought the game was pretty good and it was different.

Here's a link to the tips and tricks for this game.

I would be interested to know what you all think about it.

Thanks Margie, I was purely going by the "similar games" on the website.

Jo, aren't you glad you get to try before you buy puppy

Hi looney4labs I understand, I think game companies have a hard time fitting certain games under certain categories. I'm not sure which kind this one fits under to tell you the truth.

I agree with you that it is a good thing that you can try before you buy. All games are not for everybody and at least that gives you a chance to experience things for yourself.

Another unique game from Reflexive. At least, worth your trial download, as I think.

I may try the trial download when I get high speed next week but I don't think it's my type of game. I'm more into non-repetitive games, not that this game is repetitive per se but it seems that you are doing the same thing over and over again while it gets harder and harder?

BTW thanks for the info everyone!

I agree that this is a refreshing contribution to the casual games world right now and that it can be relaxing to play.
