I preordered mine this past August... I do have to admit I did get a little nervous this past November, but all it took was a quick email to GotGame and they assured me that they still had me on the list and I will recieve the game once it is published
so I'm not worried at all. It will arrive when it does.

I pre-ordered it from amazon.com. They keep me regularly informed of its status - and they don't take any money until they're ready to ship it to you. My current date from them is Feb. 10, 2008.

I hope this is the place to post this. I was just checking Interact and they now have The Lost Crown listed for a 3-6-08 release. They also have listed Belief and Betrayal for 3-27-08 release.

Those dates are very similar to what Amazon has now too.

I just received notice from Amazon, delivery march 3. This one and Raven's Hollow are on my impatiently waiting list.

March 3? i think that goes to be release in Feb 10th.
I buy in InteractCD and the date for delivery is Feb 10Th.

I'm afraid it doesn't matter what release date is on a retailers website, when the publisher ships is all that matters. Everything else is a guess.

I am tired to wait, i think a lack of respect with who bought the game. I buy 3 months ago and all the time they change the date of the release.
Many lack of respect of the publisher with the consumer.

Phoebe, do you want a game that has all the bugs out of it or do you want one that has a patch put out once a week? I'll gladly wait for the polished version to be released.

I agree with Ana, I want a game without bugs - but my feelings are similar to Phoebe - this is so tantalizing - I feel like a small child on Christmas Eve - will Christmas ever come?

I would agree Becky - except that - the sun is shining, the temprature 12 degrees(celcius), the lambs are playing in the fields and the primroses and daffodils are out - and I'm replaying Syberia 1. To make it even better my partner has his PC back from the engineer so I have mine back full time. I'm a happy bunny

I have had this on preorder so long I had to contact Dave because my CC expired!! The new one I gave him expires 7-08, so I hope it is released before then!

This great event is ahead of us, not behind! Look what we have to look forward too. The pleasure of starting and playing this game for the first time!!!!!! Delayed "gold" dates are common and to be expected. You know, like the greater the game the longer the delay. Rah, rah, yea ,yea, cheer, cheer, put on a happy face, life is beautiful, etc, etc, etc.

I kid you not Becky - Spring is sprung - it won't last as we will almost certinally get a few more winter spells before spring proper. I saw about 6 tiny lambs in the field with their mothers on my bus trip to our nearest town last Friday - It's not that long since I lived in London and I can remember just how horrid the cold is in a city so you do have my sympathy

We're going back and forth here between freezing weather and shorts weather - today it's shorts. The sheep are confused too- had two lambs born this week. They alternate appropriately between frisking around and peeking out indignantly behind mama's warm coat.

But on topic, sort of, I hope folks don't get too upset when dates change on releases. More and more developers are not giving tentative release dates out because they don't want to disappoint anyone. I like to have the dates, even if they change. Anticipation is more than half the fun.
