Hi, Im stuck at the last part of the game. Ive heard the cough, go to kitchen, answer phone and go to the back room of kitchen and then second back room. No ghost. Have I missed something. Thanks for your help

Take a photo of the letter and talk to Kelly completely.

Continue from there to the storeroom behind the kitchen. From there go forward to another room/hallway and end up in the last store room where Kirsty should be.
