I have just left the store and am suppose to go across the street and look at anti chaos poster, I cant find it.Where did I go wrong?

Are you asking about the shoe store? if so, the anti chaos poster is found close to the place you got money from (Allied Investor) for the shoes.

Are you talking about the Thing Store? Exit the store using the door (not the map) and it should be down and left of the store if I can recall correctly.

Thats the store i am talking about, the thing store. I go outside but cant find the Anti Chaos poster and kiosk.

Exit the store's door. Cross the road and see the anti Chaos poster a bit to the left.

I am in the child development center and talked to the girl at the computer. I am suppose togo to the playroom. But I cant find it in this room. where do I go to find play room and candy macnine.

The playroom is just to the right of the reception desk. Pan to the right and see a play area.

Stupit me, i was in the wrong location, i found it
