Oh I'm so frustrated! I can't find the policeman to give me the ladder in the museum in Sherlock Holmes vs. Arsene Lupin. I've looked and measured the two sets of footprints; I've looked at every picture in the museum; I've looked at the lock on the crate; I've seen the letter on the ceiling; I've seen the red squares on the floor; I've looked at the skylight and water and brushes; I've seen where the ladder marks are; I've measured the prints in the dirt; and I've spoken to the Director and his helper. Yet no policeman appears inside or outside his office to loan me a ladder. Please, someone put me out of my misery...

Have you meaasured the prints on the stairs by the door of the museum?
Have you looked close at the footprints in front of the Crown Jewels painting?

Did you look at the black squares on the floor in front of the missing picture and clicked on all 4?

Aha! I just realized I didn't look at both pairs of blue footprints in the restoration room... thanks for your help.
