I recently purchased NiBiRu from Big Fish and requested a cd copy of it. When I got the cd, the game was not on it. I contacted customer service, but haven't heard back yet. But in my search I discovered that some games are not available on cd. NiBiRu wasn't listed, but many of the few listed were regular adventure games such as Law and Order and Nancy Drew.

Karmyn the only thing we can tell you to do is to contact BF customer service. Did they advertise NiBiRu as available on CD?

karmyn I could be wrong here but the CDs you get from BFG are only the game demos, not licensed full games. I would guess you can't get NiBiRu because they have no demo for it.

I did a little research a while back and came across that goodie. So buying the CD from BFG would only be for those that cannot do the download. After installing from the CD you would still need to pay to activate the full game.

So many games, so little time.

These are issues that really need to be addressed with BigFish.

This may help you while you wait: CD purchase.
Quote:
By purchasing a CD without a downloadable game, your CD will ONLY include a selection of our most popular games on the site (it will not necessarily include the game you initially submitted in the shopping cart). Additionally, your CD will include a free version of Atlantis which you can play directly from the CD (no installation required). If you have or choose to purchase any of the trial games on your CD, you can use your Big Fish Games' account information to unlock the trial into the full, unlimited version (without any additional downloading).
*Strategy guides and game titles over 700 MB, will not be included in your back-up CD. Additionally, due to contractual reasons, we are unable to provide back-up copies for the following titles: Nancy Drew series, Law and Order series, Sherlock Holmes: The Mystery of the Mummy, Return to Mysterious Island, and Circus Empire.

NiBiRu isn't available on cd. I just heard from customer service. They did give me a free coupon code. The demo cd did have a few games I wanted and some I already purchased but had deleted so I guess it worked out in the end.
I had previously purchased one of the Blackwell games on cd so I didn't know they had a restriction on cd games. But those games are only a bit over 200 MBs.
