I don't have a saved game for this part danai. The safe isn't hard at all to open as long as you've followed the clues and use those numbers. Dial the numbers starting to your left. You can do this!

danai, The safe is easy as long as you have the clues and he says he knows how to do it. Check here for more tips.

Did you talk to the other man before you did this puzzle?
My next save is already when John is at the street.

OK I have finally given up trying to open the safe - I read the journal re: pi=3.1415 and talked to the other guy standing next to the safe and even got the character to say he knew how to open it - and I swear I hit all the numbers precisely in the right clockwise - counter clockwise order.....I hate to be a bother but can anyone send me a save game for this point? Please??? I hope the rest of this game isn't so "touchy"...

Hi, Rushes, MaG, thanks to both of you for your speedy replies. I did use the save game and am now able to progress further. I'm glad someone understands why grown people would get so agitated over a silly game!!!
