Anyone have problems with saving in this game? I had to leave it and when I came back, it lost an item I had already found and I couldn't go back to the previous room. I tried contacting Bigfish but so far haven't had a reply. I experimented with the game and this problem comes up any time I leave the game.

Em, I haven't played it. Maybe our members who have will come by though.

EM,

That is definitely a glitch in that game. A few people have writen to Gamezebo that once they left a room in certain puzzles, they were locked out for good. Many folks have had to restart the game in order to continue playing.

Sorry but I haven't heard of any solutions thus far.

Yes, I downloaded the demo from BFG, I've contacted them but so far no answer.

I literally have had no problems with this game. It's played perfectly for me and inventory remains intact no matter where I have to leave the game.

I have a brand new computer with all the bells and whistles including a giant flat screen... the game opens off the screen... all I see is the upper left corner.

I've contacted the BF tech and have done everything he has instructed and it's still a "no go".

NYLady, have you tried posting in glitches? I know that every now and again. a game just won't run on a specific computer even though it should. I hope you can get this resolved luck

Did you turn off programs that could possibly interfere with a download....like antivirus programs?

I appreciated the feedback. It helped to know I wasn't the only one having problems.

I'm running Vista Home Premium and just finished the game with no problems at all. The only regret I have is that I also played in hard mode as bermag45 and was annoyed that there were still flashing hints. Other than that I really enjoyed the game.

NYLady, have you checked your screen resolution? I had a similar problem with one game and turns out I had to reset the resolution to 1280 x 1024.

I didn't have any problem with the saving of the game, but I still get that lock symbol (see my previous comment). I got to the part where the brother locks the sister in. My memory is bad so I hope you understand where I got in the game.

It sounds like you are indeed stuck Tammy. I don't know what else to tell you to do if you don't have a mask to put into the slot where we have placed others, nothing is going to open for you.
I think there was one more puzzle to solve to escape literally to the outside.

Is Nefertiti the ONLY thing that goes in the indent, or are the things you collected go around her? I've tried 2 different ways, but still get stuck at the same place of the game.

Tammy where are you in the game? There is a place for everything that you are able to pick up.

I'm at the same place as I was the last time. I put the brick and everything else in the different rooms, collected all the coins, and then when it says "brilliant", that room is done. There are also locks AROUND Nefertiti and was wondering if something was to go into them. I was able to put a few small things around her (like the key I collected), but it went in. If you put your mouse around the indent, the one for the mirror said "something small goes here". The key fit. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.

I finished the game. The last puzzle was the flashing lights combination and hitting wipi. It says The End?. Strange ending. Thanks for your help.

Congratulations Tammy. What was it that kept you from progressing?

Me either, Patricia... I did so want to try it but the game opens 75% off center of my screen. I've been dealing with BFG's techs for 2 weeks now and nothing we try seems to work. I hate when they say my drivers are outdated when this is a brand new computer! I did find one update but the rest, there isn't any updates yet. I'm wondering if it may not be compatible with Vista.

I thought The End? ending was a neat touch, maybe meaning there would be a second Curse of the Pharaoh if enough gamers liked the first one, which I did.

To love is to be happy with!
