You can always skip a puzzle. When you do if you don't have enough hints (yellow balls in bottom left), click on the magnifying glass in the bottom left corner to play hidden object games until get enough hints.

Never resist a generous impulse.

I have given up on this game. Everytime I tried to play it, it would crash after about two levels. I never got past the pawn shop. I have contacted customer service, but haven't heard back yet.

Sorry to hear that Karmyn. Sometimes it takes 48 hours to hear back from them, and occasionally it has taken longer. Be sure you check you check your spam folder too just in case?

Karmyn if you got the game from BF, don't give up on them. Please give them time to figure out what is stalling you with this game.
So far they seem to have given stellar service to their members.

Well, it was very early this morning when I contacted them so it could possibly be Monday before I hear from them. I'm sure it takes longer on weekends and with it being a holiday weekend after they had problems the other day it could take longer than usual. I've never had problems with customer service before and usually get a free credit if the game doesn't work. I updated directx and my video card is fine.

Okey dokey, then patience is the order of the day. Did you have a problem playing the demo?

I played about thirty minutes before I bought it. It was a little slow, but I thought it was because I was playing it while I was online.
The email I got telling me that they had recieved my email said that response time was 72 hours so I probably won't hear anything until probably Monday.

I downloaded the demo and had some problems also. The game was slow and crashed. Hmmm makes me hesitate to buy it if the demo doesn't work well.

Scarlet, I wouldn't buy a game when the demo doesn't run correctly. Try working it out with BigFish tech support. If they can't help you, then you probably won't be able to play the game. luck

Agreed! The thing with casual games is that the demo is the full version -- unlimited play is just not unlocked until you buy it.

I heard back from Big Fish and they want me to send a screencap of the problem. I hope they can help.

I'm glad they asked for it. Who knows how many others are having this problem. It's good you are following through with this. puppy

From the comments I've seen at Gamezebo there are a lot of people with similar problems.
Now I have to redownload the game and see what happens. I deleted it after it crashed the last time.

I went back and tried it again, just in case my connection was bad the first time. It still crashes whenever I click on an object. Ah well, guess I will just have to replay Polly Pride until another new game comes by. It's not like they don't have hundreds to choose from.
