I have done everything in the library & have gotton Sobek's staff...the grappling hook is on the first column & the crocodile..but when I click the staff on the croc ..nothing happens...do I have a problem with the game or did I miss something...help !

Be sure the rope is in the correct place Dian or he/she can't pull on it to turn the column. It needs to be placed at the back of the column, close to the wall.
