This sounds a bit improbable, but despite getting the fuse from the bottom drawer, I no longer have it. When I went to install it, it was no longer in the inventory. Have checked the drawer again, but it's not there. I don't think it's possible to 'drop' anything in this game, or use it on something else, so wonder where it's gone.

Would appreciate any wise advice, thank you.

This happens to me all the time in real life, but didn't think it could spill over into an adventure game!

I can't remember but is there a scroll on the inventory bar to see if there are more items in inventory?
If still have problems, please contact Bill and see if this is a tech glitch: WRFStudios@aol.com

I had disappearing inventory in the second game. I uninstalled, then reinstalled and the problem was fixed. Maybe it will work with shadows of the servants. luck wave

Thanks MaG, I contacted Bill with a saved game and he explained very nicely what to do.

My mindset was thinking from a previous abandoned game that I got the fuse from the bottom drawer, which was true. For some reason in this game I didn't look in the fourth drawer, but the third and not finding a fuse assumed that I'd taken it out and it'd gone awol.

Confused? I am, hope you're not! Thanks for bearing with me during my brainstorm and giving such good advice, also TLC
