ive checked all room measured all footprints found letter on ceiling, i need ladder wandered everywhere, still nobody brings ladder.

It isn't necessary to post twice crowsnest. I'm getting around to answering questions as quickly as I can.
Did you click on the black rubber marks on the floor?
Did you check on and see each painting that replaced one of the original pieces?
Did you measure all the footprints that you could on the stairs? Did you measure the fooprints in the restoration room? Did you look up at the glass roof in this area? Did you look at the rug in there too?
Did you look at and measure the footprints outside the directors office by the plant?
The game is notoriously picky about having all clues/evidence clicked on.

yes clicked on rubber marks
measured all footprints in room and soil
also rug, i think i checked all paintings. i will go back and click on them again in case i missed one

Just to add to Sue's list:

Did you measure and look close at the footprint under the Crown painting right of the table at the foyer close to main door?
