I've read reviews of these games and I'd like to play them, but in the stores here I've managed to find only Rhem 2.

So, can anyone tell me will I miss anything if I do not play them in order, cause I cannot find the no 1?

Not really, there is an intro in Rhem 3 that explains the background in Rhem 3 about Rhem 2 and 1.
Rhem 2 is also a stand alone.

InteractCD has Rhem 2 and 3 and also Got Games. Got Games has a download version of Rhem 3.
