Please help,
Has anyone that ordered the Sydney Mystery game from Twilight Software had them to answer any e-mails they sent to them about when they might get their game.
They charged my credit card on 3/14/08 for the game & still no game.
I have sent them two e-mails & they just ignore them!
Is this is the way they do business? I wish I had read about the problems others have had with them before I ordered the game.
I think this is bordering on mail fraud!
I just want my game! I promise NEVER to order from them again!!

I'm sorry you are having a problem, jtiffin--when I ordered my game the transaction went as smooth as silk. Hopefully you will discover that your game is already in the mail--don't forget, it's coming from Australia, so that might just take a while, depending on how it is shipped...
