After exiting the environmeter. Went toward the hallwayto check where Molina went.W/T states get a walkie talkie call from Lucy.
Lucy never calls. I have completed everything with environmeter.
any suggestions. ? Could this be a glitch? I really do not want a saved game. I get the save but I do not know what or how to use it in game. I am completely lost it must be easy but I can not seem to grasp the procedure. Just call me dumb.

If you are sure that you have finished using the environmeter, did you correctly complete the word puzzle in the balcony area?

When you did the word puzzle at the balcony - did Nigel repeat the words in a sentence?

If you saw all that was in the walkthrough, walk again towards the hallway wall at the end. See if you get a phone call. That replay might get you over the hump.

Maggie, Nigel did not repeat the sentence until after he read the journal in the kitchen. I heard all the words in the sentence. I clicked on the box where I heard the words.

Nigel should form a sentence after hearing all the words at the balcony. That is when that puzzle is completed.

Maggie, I am still having trouble with nocturnal surveillance. Lucy still will not call nigel. Could it be that the square cursor at the top of the beams is my problem only a small bit of this sursors shows. very hard to even hit this small piece. the rest of the square cursors are larger no problem clicking on them. Just trying everything I can think of. nigel has never repeated the sentence. Sorry to keep bothering you.

Until you finish this puzzle, it will not trigger the hallway cell phone call.

Redo that puzzle.
