Oh, please help me. I'm really disappointed with my computer. While the game is saving, the computer crashed. When I restarted it, the save file is corrupted I think, because the game crashes when I load it. See my last post. If anyone of you are playing the game nearest on that situation, please send me your saved file. I almost cried when the game did not load. It would take me hours and maybe even days to get to that part.

Thank you very much.
Yes, I've learned my lesson of saving the game on different slots.

Sincerely yours,
IPlayTS3

IPlayTS3, I took your email address out of your post. Its not a good thing to post it because of lurkers and such. We can access your email address from your profile. It is for members only.

I'll look at my saves and see if I have anything to help you.

IPlay, I have several saves for this game but none of them are labeled so I have no idea where they are in the game. Let's wait and see if anyone else can help and if not I will install the game tomorrow and see if I can make a save for you. Don't dispair, one way or the other we will find some way to help.
Kay

welcome to GameBoomers, IPlayTS3!

I have some saves for this game too. I'm at work at the moment, but as soon as I can get home and access my PC, I'll see what I can do for you. (Kay or someone else might well beat me to it!) wave

This is a miracle! I tried System Restore and it worked! I continued the game. It is near that situation so I continued, but I still need help. I checked her scrapbook and saw that the task about asking Dr. Constantine about the corpse of Mr. Ratchett is not crossed out from the list. I think this is a glitch because Antoinette asked him already about it. My computer sucks, so I think I'm alone. I'm afraid Hercule will only say that there are more clues to find. I only noticed it just by now. I'm currently finding the olive oil and vinegar. Sorry if I changed my needed saved game. Apologies...

Iplay,

When you edited the first post - you removed where you want the saved game. What situation, where in the game?

Yes. Sorry if I edited. I just don't want the new readers of this thread to be lost. I was following your walkthrough when the game crashed while saving at this point.

As I was saying, I tried System Restore and it worked. I'm glad everything is fixed and I thought of canceling my save request but when I checked her scrapbook, the interrogation of Marceau to Constantine about the corpse isn't crossed out. I'm currently finding the vinegar and olive oil. I think I also have finished interrogating all the passengers of the train in the Calais and Athens-Paris Coach. The remaining interrogations I think was of the chef and the other staff of the train.

I just encountered Ratchett and got past the two guys with the lady following me as her guide. I got to the train station but when I try and enter I get a message telling me that I cannot enter with someone elses property that I have taken. The valuable dish I took. What am I to do back track all the way back to the stall and give it back? Please help me out of this predictiment. Thanks in advance. Read your walkthru MaG but it doesn't mention this happening, wish I hadn't of taken two dishes now.
