I opened the third vent with Quagmire's metal circular device. I see the ball in front of the vent but it won't let me click on it - please help!

Maybe you can get someone to get that ball for you.
But you might need to bribe that person or it owes you a favor already.
Then that person can in turn get the minion to do it.
