All I can do here is get one door open. Use the pictures from walkthrough still can't other 3 to open

Do it carefully and be sure that you are facing the correct door that the walkthrough states.

We lost your post about the inquiry concerning bridge switch #4.

Try this:
When you checked bridge switch #4 - did you:
Turn the switch to bring the bridge down and back to the blue dot.

on bridge #4 I raised it then lowered it to the blue dot and tried different positions on the shapes still got nothing.

Hokay. Can you go through the powering of that room again to double check that it has power.

Downstairs, you lowered the bridge.
You climb and see the room ahead where there are the boxes.
You cannot cross - turn right and see an orange button - press that to power the room.
Go back down and raise the bridge.
Now you can cross and know that the room is powered.
Try the puzzle now and see.

I went back lowered bridge pressed button and power went off turned power back on tried puzzle still nothing,
Would it make a difference if one of the other three bridges was up?

Oh yes. All the bridges should be down and back to the blue dot.

I checked the other three bridges and they are all down still can't the crystal.Anything else I could try short of starting over.

All 3 bridges are down.
You powered that room already.
What is left - double check that you have the correct line inside the geometric shape, the correct pointed dot and correct geometric shape.
Check the pictures in the walkthrough. Hope that you find what is holding you up.

I'm in the the caved room. the only problem i'm having is trying to figure out whrer is north on the puzzle is it on the top or bottom.

I have all the leaves exceot one where is leaf G. I missed it somewhere.

As for the G leaf: It is in one of the book in the library - copied book 12. It is the book you used as clue for bird frequency puzzle.
