I am in Dracula's castle in the room with the carriage - have tried and tried to attach the leghold trap to the rope which is over the pulley. It just won't attach, so am stuck right now. Would appreciate any help out there. I'm playing on XP and haven't had any problems up to this point.

Hi Jane,

Have you noticed that there are two pulleys? One is over/near the workshop table, and the other is opposite, on the other side of the carriage, close to the wall. The latter is the one that you need to use initially. Attach the rope, and then place the leghold trap on this - check you have an action cursor appear.

luck and let us know if you still have problems. wave

I'll see if I can get a picture of that part. Seems like gamers are having problems here.

See where the cursor is located - that is where you click the rope to attach the trap.

I already thanked MaG for her picture - just a great help. But I need to thank Rushes also - he is the one who told me that there are two sites for the pulleys and ropes....thanks Rushes.

You're very welcome, Jane. I had trouble finding that second pulley also. Glad you're progressing now. thumbsup
