I am at the top of the Beledere tower looking through the second telescope.
I scanned all the way to the left but cannot locate the three green holes. The magnifying glass does not show up at all and I scanned all over the place. Would appreciate some help or a game save so ARKEN'S ROSEARIUM shows up on the map. Thanks
