thanks MaG, so impatient to finish playing the game. Guess no one out there has the game yet or hasn't got that far yet.

Hey Candy,
Move each lever. All but one lever control the movement of another lever. You need to have all of the bolts line up with the the silver on top and the copper on the bottom.

For purchases, I have just clicked on the item, the price shows and next thing you know, it's in inventory...I bought a book and a magazine that way. I am still stuck trying to pick the dang lock. I understand the goal, and I'm close but no cigar. Any tips for me while I still have hair? ____________________________________________ Now I am wondering if I am even visualizing the puzzle correctly.I have been trying to line up the columns with the copper bottoms all the way down because it seemed to me that was the way they were moving. (Don't know if this makes sense) But then I noticed the "Bobby pin" looking prongs on the left of the columns. If so, you would want the tumblers to be up out of the way, wouldn't you? Also, finally saw the wallet at the top Left of the screen....but only after I inadvertently made purchases by clicking on some clothes in the shop. I did have fun teaching Nancy to dance since I'm still locked out. Happy Independence Day everyone.

gaily, did you buy the Sassy detective magazine at the stand? It has a picture of the solved lock puzzle. It is 2 or 3 clicks from the bottom that they should be lined up at. Ana

I'm going to piggyback on this thread. HELP! I need a save - I've played SCOPA 15 times already and can't seem to win. It's driving me obsolutely bonkers. Is there a trick to it? Do I have to cheat by finding some other item and using it before the game? Or am I just bad at Scopa?

I haven't reached that far Sally, but I'll keep you in mind if I get to it and win before someone helps you. Are you playing Junior or Senior? Ana

Hi Ana, I'm playing senior detective. Thanks for keeping me in mind - I think this just turned me off Scopa for life.

Hi Ana, Yes I bought the magazine...even read the article...guess I'll look at the pictures....geeze I feel silly. Thanks for your help. Now maybe I can catch up with Sally and find out what this SCOBA thing is all about. Off I go to re-attempt the lock. Determined. Gaily. Got through! Thank you Ana. Gosh, do you have to pick the lock every time? gets easier; Hey, how do you get in to play SCOPA? gaily.

Leeana, Take a look at the mask that is left of the bar asking for password. Look at the poster in the cabinet and see which mask it. Then enter that name as the password.
