The saved game doesn't seem to work. I unzipped both files and put them in the Saved Folder. When I tried to load the game, it looked like it was going to work and then the game just quit. (I have Windows XP.) Do you have another saved game I can try?

did you rename them??if your last save game is 7 say--- then you have to rename the one sent to 8-----

Scroll through your load page and see if the one I sent is placed at start of the load page. You might not be opening the correct one.
Did you place it in the Jack Keane saved game folder in My Documents?

After unzipping the two saved files, I put them in the correct folder with all the other Jack Keane saved games. The game you sent me shows up in slot #1. When I try to load the game, it shows the loading game timer bar and then the screen goes black and returns to my desktop. I don't know if I'm missing a step.

I sent you another one farther down in the game. See if that works for you.

Are you running the game in XP or Vista? If Vista, my saves will not work.
If XP, be sure that you are placing it in the folder of My Documents and that you scroll to look for it. You might be opening an old saved game of yours.

I'm running Windows XP. I am placing the unzipped files in the Jack Keane/save folder of My Documents. The saved game ends up in slot #1 because of the earlier date. When I try to load this game, the screen goes black and then returns to my desktop.

was that save for windows xp or vista? it was a PNG file different from the other ones. I need the Windows XP version if you have it. or doesn't it matter?

The saved game is made up of 2 files.
One is a .png file - the picture and the other is a .sav which is a text file.
Presumably, she sent you an XP saved game.
