It has an estimated ship date of July 17th.

I just heard from Dave and the game has been delayed till September. The game will be back up for preorder closer to that date. If you already preordered it's still in your pending orders in your account. No worries there.

Why am I not surprised? I just pre-ordered the game from Interact a few hours ago, going against my own "never again" after several delays when pre-ordering something a couple of years ago. That time from Amazon so no way am I saying this is Interact's fault. But still, the pre-order jinx has struck again, or am I the jinx? Oh well, whenever it comes will be okay considering how long it has already been.

Thanks for the info, i also saw that the game was available at play.com and i went there and the date was indeed in September, and at Interact in July, that seemed a little odd to me so i thought i'd wait before pre-ordering. And i guess it was the right choice.

It really does not matter if you preorder at a website that does not charge you till the game ships.

It makes a difference if by the time the game is shipped the price changes. I have seen many times where the pre-order price and the price when the game is available are different, either higher or lower. Some sites will charge you price when you pre-ordered it and not the price once the game becomes available.

What butcher says is true I have had it happen before. So my question is when you pre order a game from interact and the game is put on hold, how do I cancel the pre order?

It cost 19.99, I will make a bet with you that the price won't go down. I also know that Dave would adjust accordingly. After all he didn't charge anyone.
