I'm at the part BLACK EDELWEISS SEPT. 11, 94.

I'm stuck trying to blowpipe the nurse in the lab.
I've crouch down with the blowpipe on the right side of the first bench and went to the second bench , took my time and still got caught. I went around the long way to the left side of the first bench and turn to go to the second bench. Got towards it and still died. Is there a hot spot that I keep missing so Holmes can knock out the nurse? Been on this part for a while.

I'm trying to recall my own route here. I think I took the long way around to the left, crouching all the while and keeping as close to the workbench as I could when turning in to the right. You need to slowly make your way to the middle of the bench closest to the nurse. Make sure you have already taken the blowpipe from your inventory. Holmes will automatically use it when you are in the right spot. Let us know how you get on.

I give up, I just keep dying can you send me a saved game and tell me how to use it?

I don't have a saved game at this point, we might have to wait and see if anyone else has one.

Are you staying tight against the workbenches so that it is more difficult for the nurse to catch sight of you?

I have a save labeled "male nurse in lab sedative complete". Is that where you're at?

Thanks TLC I got your saved game. It should be right after I shoot the nurse with the blowpipe. I saved your game in with my saves. I saw the pictured labled save 21. Now this is were I need a lesson. I started up SH but your saved game doesn't show up in any of the empty slots. What do I do next to play from your save game?

You might need to change the number of the save, so it will be the last save in your save folder.

Hey TLC, would you please tell me how to do that. I have never used a save game before. I really don't want to make a mistake. Once I have done it I will remember. Plus I keep notes.

What is the number of your last saved game? Right click the save I sent and choose rename, then change the number, so its the last save in the folder.

Well TLC I did the steps above. But your saved game still doesn't show up in my save game slot. Your 21 save is now my 12 save,but nothing. I told you I'm not good at this.
there must be a another step I'm missing.

Hey TLC I got your renamed save, download went fine.Cut and pasted into my save game file. That went ok. Restart game to play your save game.It doesn"t show up in any of my save game boxes.My son even tried to help me out no go.I'll keep trying to get this stupid blowpipe to work

Try to see if the saved game is at the start of the load pictures. It might be arranged by dates. So scroll.

I'm playing the game has we type. I'm crouched down behind the first work bench, directly behind the labman. I have my blowpipe showing on the screen. I inch and inch to the right,get caught every time.

I'll relook at all my saves just to be sure I did't over look before.

No the save game did not show up before and between any of my save games. I know one thing I'm tired lisenting to the lab man blow that whistle.

I sent you another saved game. Maybe the patch affected the save.
Download, unzip the folder.
Relabel to be the next number. Place in the save folder that is inside the Awakened folder.

MaG, I'm now at the part, just before talking to Becker in the straighjacket. There is a male nurse walking around. Homes says I have to take care of the nurse. What I'm I suppose to use on this nurse? The whisle is blowing again.

I'm glad MaG's save worked for you. I have no idea why mine wouldn't. From MaG's WT,

Examination room: Time to check to see what happened upstairs after Maurizio's incident. Go right to the corner and take the stairs on the left. Pick up the bunch of keys on the floor by the left door. Go to the other door across the stairs. Holmes warns about needing to not be noticed. Go to the cabinet on the left and see that it is locked. Use spoon to open the cabinet. Take a white coat and automatically be wearing it.

But if you're already wearing the white coat and need to move around more freely without the nurses catching onto you, you need perhaps to see what can be done with the aviary. Anything there you could do that might distract the nurses? Make sure you talk to Becker first, he'll help you.

SH is going to be the deaf of me. I'm at Dr.Gygax office.I been in his exam room,look at everything. The walkthrough says to check doc. for update. I went through all the doc that I have. Then go to the microscope to get telgram, but no action hand showed up. Does that mean I don't have all the doc. I'm suppose to have?

Make sure that you read all pages of all documents, some may extend to a second page. Double check the walkthrough so you are certain you have examined all objects.

You could also try adjusting your position in front of the microscope, the game can be picky about where Holmes is standing for the hand cursor to appear.

Guess what I missed the underwater fauna-fishes book. I went back to every saved game to use the map.
the save won't let you. You have to go forward, the save game won't let you work backwards. It looks like I'll have to start the game all over again. Not unless you have another way of going backwards, to get to the bookstore.

Hey Rush, sorry it took long to get back to you. Girl has to work some overtime to get extra money to buy this games.
I'm stuck in Dr.Gygax office. I need to get the telegram from the microscope on the desk. But the hand icon doesn't come up to click on the microscope. You suggested that I go back through the walkthrough to make sure I've gotton eveything. I did just that, but I didn't get the underwater fauna-fish book way back at the start of the game, at the Barnes Bookstore. would that stop me from continuing to move on in the game?
