1. Has a minimum of 3 games on their computer. 2. Knows it is not conducive to bang head on computer when stuck in a game. 3. Knows it is not in the best interest of the computer to throw it out the window when stuck in a game. 4. That it's okay to dance gleefully after finishing a game. 5. Knows it's okay to let others know they finished a game by sticking head out window and yelling, "I finished". 6. That they must not, with emphasis on must not, be disturbed when browsing the pc games in a store. 7. That it's okay to play a game more than once or twice or thrice... 8. That bedtime does not exist when playing a game, but food is a must, though it may get over-cooked now and then.
Am I forgetting anything?

That's me. Especially on 6,7 and 8.
Are they dead? Yes. Unlike you they have but one life...and they wasted it for your sake!

9. Will quote randomly from favourite games; eg when attempting to open a stubborn drawer: "This thing's ssssstuckkk!"
10. Will dream of mazes, lock-picking, laser-totin' robots and evil sliders, and invariably wake up in a cold sweat.

15. Throws their Xbox controller through their TV when left at a cliffhanger of an ending.
16. Hook up a VGA cable from your computer to your HDTV just to watch the final cutscene of a game.
17. Yells at fellow teammates and enemies on Halo 3 for who knows what until they lose their voice.

Some hilarious "thoughts" here.
And how many answer the phone when at a high point of a game, eh?
How many will talk to themselves/the character they are playing?

I constantly catch myself on Halo, "That is ******* I shot him! I shot him in the head with a shotgun, so he should be dead! Usually that blows a corporeal being's head off, but no! He's special!" Then I remember I don't even know what corporeal means. *Twilight Zone theme music* H4XX

I don't go to bed dreaming about games, the only thing that keeps me awake is if something is wrong with the computer, worse panic ever is not booting up. Butterflies in stomach, blood pressure up, worry meter sky-high. Is this an addiction? similar to smoking etc., When I go on holiday I don't give it a thought. I do glance into internet cafes if I happen to pass one, but resist the temptation to go in just to check on my mail.

I never answer the phone although it's always ringing at the final scenes and i always talk to the character especially when i try to make him/her pick something up that i know it's usefull and he/she doesn't I have all the syptoms described on the list especially the first 10.
Fear can hold you prisoner. Hope can set you free.

19. Owns almost every gaming platform there is. Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Nintendo64, Sega Genesis, Play Station 1,2,and 3. Wii,Nintendo DS,PSP,and the PC,(This is just me, I'm not even including my 16 yo son). 20.Keeps buying games for the newer platforms, even though one can't possibly play them all in a single lifetime. 21.Has stood on line outside of BestBuy at 4am in the morning to get the next new must have console.(I refuse to camp out, I do have my pride) PS Ana your son and H4 must be playing with my son too. I can't stand the yelling that goes on. I keep him locked in his room so I don't have to hear it. thracia
