I'm back to my room and I have the binoculars but when I want to use it it just don't work. The walkthrough say's that I have to stand behind Margherita. Who or what is Margherita?

To be able to use your binoculars you should be standing at the rooftop balcony overlooking the office building - not the balcony off Nancy's bedroom.

Margherita is the lady sunbathing on the roof.

I'm in the warehouse but I can handle the robots but I don't see any red Z in any corner or other place. How can that be?

There are 4 corner rooms with the red Z and 4 other rooms without.

Thanks, I saw that in th walkthrough, but I tell you I have not any red sines in the corners.
Maybe I have a bug? I don't see the sapphire either.

How can finish the Mosaic tiles?

Do I have to finish it? It just drives me crazy, and I have lost my glasses and now I cannot see very clear. Can I have a saved game after this puzzle. I'm playing junior.

First of all hope no-one minds me jumping in on this topic, I have reached the stage where Nancy has to go back and brush up on her Italian, I have done this, but when I try to call sophia I just get line busy, I have re-played everything from my last save, the Binos on the balcony and missed the person bit, spoke to Margherits, Helana gone to Fargo Office etc, have I missed something, if I have, can someone point me in the right direction, no problems with the lock picking to get back into the office if I have to, I think I could go into lock picking business(LOL)any help greatfully recieved

Are you 'brushing up your Italian' by reading all the pages in the book in Nancy's room that is on the table left of the door?
Has Sophia told you to do this brushing up?

Yes Sophia told Nancy to brush up on her Italian so she knew what was being said on the radios, I have gone back to the Ca and read the book again, selected each page and then click on all the red buttons to get the word for the pictures, this is when I have tried to contact Sophia and I get the busy signal on my PDA

Can you double check to make sure that you haven't missed reading a page of the book? That's the only thing that would be holding you back from contacting Sophia.

I have finished the Chinese Box Puzzle. I saw Margherita talking with Fango. She telephoned to me saying is going away. When I'm supposed to find her, talk to her. She is supposed to give me a flyer in order to proceed with the fax machine. I have revisited Fango's office I heard the notes played by the music box, and there I'm stuck.

Any suggestions?

The notes to the music box are a clue for the fax machine .Take note of the notes

Margherite says that she will be gone that day - so:
Sleep if you can and the next day, Margherite will be back and you can talk to her about the flyer.
Once you have that flyer - go to Fango's office and do the music box and Fax.

I will try to sleep but she refuses to do it. I will go to eat gelato (ice-scream) go for a date with the gondoliers, (why not) and I hope that Margherite will show up.
