count me in on praises for Culpa Innata, I love that game! I hope the new one will go more into Mata Hari. Thanks for letting us know. bravo

EDIT..................One thing though I think it would be great if the other character Anatoly Pavlov would be a handsome hunk perhaps a love interest also for her. I was disappointed when I saw what he looks like in the picture. Also does anyone know if we will get more of a wardrobe of clothes to change into. I loved that touch in the game of playing dress up. LOL

I didn't enjoy Culpa Innata, and the sequel sounds worse. I hate it when a game gives you a bunch of dialogue options then doesn't let you use them all. I didn't like at all having a day end when I just got started. I finished the game just because I don't like abandoning a game if its playable at all.

Sounds good - especially the non-linear part!

Great interview - thanks Becky and Laura! I very much enjoyed the first game, especially the stuff that was hinted at, so am looking forward to this second one.

Thank you Becky for the link!. Chaos Rising is now my most anticipated game - & I just can't wait!

Hi Guybrush, I appreciate you weren't bowled over with Culpa Innata but my view on dialogue choices is why have choices if you can use them all? - I like the idea that whatever you choose may change the outcome if that makes sense. smile

Why have questions you can't ask? That makes no sense at all.

So that you have a say in what direction you want to take the game. Remember, that the game had a scoring at the end. This was based a lot on the decisions you made on the conversation trees as well. Otherwise, if you have to ask them all, it should be a cutscene.

I wanted to ask all the questions not have the conversation cut short so they day could end when I hadn't done anything but talk to one maybe two people. That is the direction I wanted to take.

Here is a Press Release:
I have around five artworks too, but they have logo of GP, so i cant publish them frown.

Quote:
Momentum AS proudly announces the widely anticipated sequel to Culpa Innata and the continued adventures of Phoenix Wallis.

Welcome to the Resistance and the Dark World of...

Culpa Innata 2: Chaos Rising

Odessa, 2047

In Culpa Innata, gamers first met a young ambitious peace officer, Phoenix Wallis. While investigating the murder of a World Union citizen, Vassily Bogdanov, she not only identified the murderer, but also discovered a strange Virtual Reality (VR) device at the heart of a vast criminal enterprise. One that began in the vast reaches of the Rogue States, reaching deeply into the World Union. At the end of Culpa 1, the success she had always craved was near. But life and events are rarely that simple. Faced with growing disillusions with the World Union, lingering questions about her past, and ultimately her future in this perfect society Phoenix arrives at a decisive point in her life. What of the mysterious Renovators and other strange events? And then there are the increasing nightmares, clouding her mind with unanswered questions about her past. What does it all mean?

Case closed? Not for this intrepid young woman.
Culpa Innata 2: Chaos Rising begins with Phoenix's journey to the heart of chaos and resistance, the Rogue States, armed by a deceptively simple mandate. Meet the Russian detective in charge of the case, take custody of the captured murderer and transport him to the World Union to face ultimate justice. But Phoenix is not the same young woman who started this investigation and what began in Adrianopolis follows a wild and unpredictable path to surprising conclusions.

Play as both Anatoly Pavlov, the cynical survivor of societal collapse and the disillusioned yet politically naive Phoenix Wallis. Deeply bound by mysterious events, Anatoly and Phoenix will encounter obstacles far more challenging than ever before, testing their courage, determination and wits as they seek the truth hidden beneath the worlds that they know.

Thanks Becky

Wonderful presentation and thanks for the enticing questions.

Actually had to slow down the enthusiastic replies - else reveal way too much at this point grin But Becky has that sweet way of getting extra infos from people.

We are just now at the end of the GC, the business center and our showing Culpa 2 ended yesterday - long long but great show.

So today (last day of the public show) was our traditional Momentum end of show "gather game loot & pillage" day.

Also play other people's games. The best time was a group play of Little Big Planet and then the kazillion AG's. Big thumbs up to "So Blonde" Wii version (we were gifted with a sneak peek smile ) was grand!

And thanks to all the Boomies for support and encouragement

I just read this after finishing Culpa Innata, the game was amazing and I am so pleased there will be a sequel as I didn't want the story to end. One of the best adventure games I have played!

I loved the game. So glad (and so fast) that there is a sequel. Just hope that the beautifull facial graphics will still be there. The characters were so outstandingly presented and voice and facial movements so good. Mel22odie

I never played the first one so I guess I'll buy it first and play, then get the other one when it comes out. The first one must be good because of all the interest in the second one. Sounding like a good one. Thanks Becky wave
