Maggie, I have drawned the blood bottle 814 problem trying to get pad lock open. can not get the numbers to move. trying to use the year the building was built. have tried all three lines of numbers non of them move up or down. the small arrows up & down how do I use them to change the numbers Which line should the correct numbers appear on if I ever get them to move.

joyce, the number you have for the padlock is OK. It is the year the building was built.

To change the numbers, click, hold and roll up or down to have them in the middle line.
