I can't locate The Marshall's room? Do I need to go outside to find it? Or i need to try to find it inside the hotel?

Which Marshall? Wife, husband or the daughte?
Do you have the guest room map taken from the desk of Mrs. Castle?
The rooms of the 3 Marshalls are on the left side from Poirot's room.
They can also be accessed at the veranda.
Access inside depends on the day you are playing though.

The Marshalls's room: Go to the second to the left door and try the door, Then i need to evesdrop between Kenneth and Arlena

From the walkthrough:
...forward to the hallway at other side of the inner balcony. Before the spiral staircase, use the right door to get to the veranda.

Exit to the veranda.
Now that you're at the veranda, you can eavesdrop on the second to the left door.

I am having problems with the letter I can't make out the Words at all

Is this the fragmented letter in the Gardener's room that you had to piece together?

The writing is a little difficult to read, I agree. Do you need a transcript? Or is it the assembling of the letter pieces that is giving you problems?

A transcipt will be nice I can't read the letter in the Walkthrough at all

I cannot tell you how much I looked forward to playing Irina in your production of Anton Cressler's [?] marvellous Three Sisters. I'm sure your little theatre would have mounted a magnificent production equal to a play of that stature.
Unfortunately a personal emergency has arisen that forces me to travel immediately to the United States, and to remain there during the months we planned to be in rehearsal, so I must withdraw from your production. I am devastated to disappoint you, but really, I must see to this personal matter. I'm sure you will forgive me. I hope we will have an opportunity to work with one another at some future time.

You might want to double check that the border pieces without any writing on them have been placed correctly.
