I just finished UD20 and need to go up to the poop deck.

The activation servor takes me to a hallway with a staircase. There is 1 camera and 3 lights in it (only 1 light is workable.)

I cannot click on anything except for the activation server that takes me back down. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I need to do.

I haven't played this game, we'll have to wait for someone who has to drop by and assist you.

Took me a while to remember where this is.
Once you get to this new level after clicking the activation server - more rooms can be explored.
That problem at the area by the stairs might be positional. See if you can move her by clicking on other active spots like a door or bullet holes or whatever.
Explore this level and later you can exit to the outside.

I found the problem. When you get to the new floor, nothing was highlighted, but by clicking on the '^' symbol on the right hand corner of the map, everything became available.

That's great. This is one game I never did finish because of an arcade puzzle. So I emptied my memory banks of it.
