I have the binoculars and used them on window across to see Fango. But he is simply sitting at his desk. Apparently I have missed doing something. Can you help me ? Thanks Betty

Hi, Betty!

If this is the first time you've spied on Fango, wait for a few more minutes before giving up because something will eventually happen.

The lock picking puzzles are random.
You need to have the rods' line to even up with the line in the background.
Take a look at this picture:

Your help was appreciated. What does the tracking device look like? I don't think that I have it. Betty

Hi Betty,

The tracking device looks like a slim white pill.

Did you speak to Sophia, and did she give you instruction as to where the device would be hidden?

Sophia should give you a location which you must visit and try to locate the device before it self-destructs.

If you have not yet had that conversation with Sophia, then don't worry, it will happen, go on and do other things meanwhile. Check your task list and see what remains to be done. wave

Hi Betty--I just played this game recently and the tracking device is really small and kind of hard to see. But when Sophia tells you where to look, you'll eventually find it. If I can do it, anyone can! Good luck and have fun.

I went to Campo Santa Maria Formosa and enter the costumi di Vera. The pill did self destruct but i didn't get a second change here. Do I need to begin all over again? Thanks

Betty,

Call Sofia again and see if there's a new place for the device.
If you have a saved game for this part - you can also use that since you already know where the tracking device is located.

The PDA is the fourth icon from bottom left of your game screen, Betty. Left-click on it and you will see a phone symbol which you can click to call Sophia. luck

Elizabeth,

I would save the game before entering the store, then if it explodes before you find it, you'll know where it is. Then reload from the save and get the tracking device. luck wave

I have gone to the market at San Marco, looked at PDA, entered building. I can't move forward until after the pill self disstrucks.

Elizabeth,

I might be wrong here but once you're in the store, you're at the counter and no need to move forward. Did you save the game before entering the store? If yes, reload it then take the tracking device from where you saw it explode. luck wave

Betty, at the Piazza San Marco it's the open-air kiosk that you need to visit. Don't enter the bank building, the device won't be found in there. luck

At this point I am just spinning my wheels.I have made extra money by selling flowers two times. This gives me enough money to buy outfit (red dress, gloves, wig). At the hotel the PDA doesn't go off. I try to look at Fango but the binoculars do not focus. I doned outfit and went to Casa dei Giochi at Campo Santa Margherita. Knocked on the door but they still won't talk to me. What to do now? Thanks. Betty

Betty,

Based on you're just getting the tracking device from the store, you have not given it to the pigeon yet.
You should hear the PDA go off to know if Fango is in his office.
The PDA can go off anywhere - street, at the house, room...
Check again at the roof balcony and see if you can see Fango.

Have you been inside Fango's office yet?
