I just received a comfirmation from Alawar support: It says support has received my request and they are working on it. My request was about a patch or revised game. I grumped about the game as well as telling them they were getting a lot of bad press on this and other sites, pointing out this is not good for future business. Hopefully something will happen, I am not to hopeful but forever the optomist.
I am still stuck in Graveyard and Oasis section. Perhaps someone who has completed the game can assist me in that one. I seems odd that some can finish and others can't. I downloaded on August 28th which should have been a revised version.
Thank you and keep your fingers crossed for a positive action.

I have several pieces missing. They are in the Oasis I am missing the tip of the lightening rod and a piece of the shield. In the Graveyard I am missing part of the cross and part of the hand and a piece of the matches. I have a jeweled object in inventory. I have completed several mini-puzzles. When I use a hint it tells me all pieces are hidden therefore, I don't use or get a hint. I can see the matches will light a candle that has gone out, the hand on that same area is missing the church tower tell me it needs a lightening rod and the ghost tell me he needs a shield. Its a bit baffling.
Susy........Thank you for your response hopefully you can get me back on track.
FOUND THE PROBLEM.............I found the spot for the jeweled horn and zap all the others followed...Onward I go.

How long do you have to tickle the nose with the branch... I've been doing it for 5 min. and no sneeze. My demo will be over before I solve the first puzzle.

The math circle puzzle is divided into quarters. The total of each quarter segment of each ring must equal the figures in the center. I started with 35 because it's quicker to add the lowest number. I note that others have advised to work from the outside ring toward the center, but I started at the center and worked outward. It seemed easiest for me to start with the single number and go towards the larger numbers. Once you have the inner ring matched to the second ring, find the segment on the third ring and move the two inner rings to match it and then the do the same for the outer ring. It took me two tries because of the timer, but it wasn't impossible.

There's a pelt hanging inside that has a hot spot that says, "no tail". Nothing special about the bridge, just put the hammer pieces together and the bridge fixes itself.

ScarletD jhuly, we'll have to wait for a Boomer who has played this. Maybe someone took a screenshot at that point Zookeeper, I love your signature. They are still getting in here too!
