I am in the church for the first time in the day. I took care of the gravemarker, talked complety to Russet and read Ager's diary. I have read the posterboard and am now in the church. I have put the camera on the table, used camcorder to see Ager's ghost and used the recorder on the pews and listened to the tape in inventory. I then go to Gurney's statue, look at coat of arms on the pew, look at base of statue (3) panels, click on top of the statue and click it again to get comment about no hands. My problem...... when I use the recorder on the statue it just runs and runs but I never get the recorded casset in inventory and Nigil never makes a comment about something being there. The camcorder works fine to see the orbs. ...Also, I never saw the hair in the tub in first of game. MaG's W/T says some will see it and others won't. Hope the lack of hair will not be a problem. I just can't get a recording about "he took my hands". Thanks in advance, Regi

Hi Re, You don't need to do anything with Gurney's tomb until your second (night-time) visit to the church. The equipment should work for you then. Have you finished up everything else that needs to be done at the church?

You're welcome, Re. Hope you're enjoying the game.
Edit: Have you tried using the voice recorder on the large wall plaque above the tomb, rather than the tomb itself?

If you have all of them except the nightshade - go to the corner where the black mist is or the pile of rubble. Face the rubble, turen left, forward to the corner. Look right to the corner of the church - see the nightshade. The door with the puzzle is just left (around the corner) from the nightshade.
