Thanks Mordack! The problem is,
Click to reveal..
the second bridge isn't moving after I readjust the levers.
Maybe I need to go back to a save. I did fiddle back and forth with that machine near the office that changes the scenery, wonder if I messed everything up.

Edit: Not sure what happened - no doubt my error, but it did work after I banged around back and forth. Now I'm stuck again though, pretty please if you see this. I'm trying to get the tram to go. I think I did the dials according to what the diagram says for positive and negative, but the machine in the tram doesn't seem to be available, which is where I'm guessing I need to access with the gold thingee? I did the water.

What fuse are you talking about? Now i have done so far the valves thing in basement and i set them correctly. my question would be how i have to put those two liquids together and also how do i get that thing out which is on the down left side of the capsule ( only one "switch" is moving ( left one)

Info on the Tram:
Click to reveal..
The tram needs power and water to run. Water pump- The valve in the manhole has to be turned on and the water pump has to be powered by the four batteries (floating above the town) in parallel. The diagram of the four batteries shows that one lead from each of the four batteries runs to each of the switch boxes. In other words, four batteries, 8 leads total, 4 leads going to two switch boxes. The fixed switch box shows that the battery “110” lead is positive (+), battery “111” lead is negative (-), and battery “108” and “109” are connected together. To get the water pump working we need battery couples put in parallel as seen in the upper diagram of the documentation. With this documentation and the fixed switch information, we know that battery “108” has to be switched to positive and battery “109” has to be negative and that batteries “110” and “111” have to be connected together. This makes the pump operate and water available in the fountain.
Tram power- Using all the information above and the lower part of the diagram of the documentation, all four batteries have to be put in series. Batteries “110” and “108” get connected together. Batteries “111” and “110” get connected together. Tran power is now available.

Info on the harp in the tower:
Click to reveal..
The tower has two mechanical flowers that open not with sunlight but with sound. The Aeolian harp is what provides the sound. The tower rotation has to be adjusted so that the wind “pulls” the harp strings and makes the sound. The 2nd floor has the first flower to open and the switches for the three harp strings. Pulling the switches down turns them on. Turn just one on and go to the 3rd floor and rotate the tower until the tone from that one string is the loudest. Go to the 4th floor and rotate the wind funnel (that’s what I’ll call it). Using the metal stick, tap and hear one segment of the metal flower at a time. With the corresponding harp string on and the other two off, go to the 3rd floor and “tune” the string from your memory. When all three are “tuned”, turn on all three strings and the flower will open. Use the bucket on the opened flower. Then use the same procedure as above to open the second flower on the 4th floor. Again use the bucket on the open flower. With each tuning wheel turned all the way ccw and marked as position 1, the code for the 2nd floor flower is 2, 4, 5. The code for the 4th floor flower is 1, 2, 3.

Info on the Chemical despenser:
Click to reveal..
The despenser first has to be repaired with a piece of hose that is cut from under the bench. Once repaired, the left tube gets 3 turns of liquid and the right gets 5. If done correctly you can now fill your container

Hi Mordack! I think that is how I have the batteries. Where do I put the mechanical embryo? I thought it was the barbecue pit looking thing in the tram but it won't take it - is that not the right place? Thanks for your help!

Hi Nickie, if the power to the tram is on then the door to the bio-mechanical (my label) engine will on and thats where the embryo goes.

Thanks Mordack, I must not have the battery right then. Can you make it simple for my simple minded brain and tell me which way the pointy parts go for the tram power? And is the bio-mechanical thing located near where the ghost is? Thanks in advance!

Yes, Nickie the mechanical embryo gets installed bear the "ghost" and Amarisse has said simply how the switches are set. I'm interested in everyones opinion on the ending...of coarse over in general discussions.

Im having the same problem- Ive set the harp to the right frequencies to my ear and to the Russian walkthrough and get nada.

If anyone has the settings for the harp please post so I can others can get done with this debacle.
---------------------

Thanks Mordack, the flower tower scene can be overcome-it seems you share hearing acuity gifts with our canine friends.

Congrats on the battery puzzle- the schematics had each of the 4 wires emanating to different floating edifices from the switchesand apparently adjusting current flow for this didnt matter-let alone the implausibility of the switches being used as batteries given the transformers present and power draw of the town-but I guess in this fantasy land electricity doesnt have to behave as wed expect

Lorduther, I think you might be looking at the battery puzzle in correctly. The switches aren't the batteries but just switches. Each of the 4 floating islands has/are the batteries. In simplistic terms it's just 4 DC batteries that need connecting via switches to either increase current of voltage. Happy gamimg.

This is a far as I have got and seeking help please.

Click to reveal..
Cut the pipe, filled both viles and emptied the contents into the flask thing. Grabbed the plant/leaf placed into the shredder and shredded it and grabbed the remains and put them into the flask thing.

Turned the valve round and placed the valve i had in inventory onto the place it should go next to the other 3 valves (tried turning them but didn't know what or which way to turn them)

I have all 3 lights lit up on the harmonic machine thing

At this point i am stuck what and where to go next.

Shugz, re the valves:
Click to reveal..
I just turned them until the noise was the loudest. Mordack mentioned earlier in this thread that you moved them 6023. After you do it correctly, both lights will be lit above the switches in the capsule room. Click the switches down

Re the fuse:
Click to reveal..
A new fuse can be found by the sound machine in the office. On the outside of the capsule on the left side is the burnt out fuse that needs to be replaced

EDIT: Have made a correction to the location of the fuse, above now correct. Was giving location of valve. So sorry if I messed anyone up. sad
