Is there another explanation for why only one of the lights would come on?

I've done everything and am ready to enter the capsule and, with only one light on, that isn't going to happen.

Do certain actions need to be performed in a specific order?

No, any order.

Reason you have 1 light on is because the other one hasnt been set yet or completed correctly.

The left light is for the power machine in the basement, and the right light is for the organ like machine in the office.

The right light is the boiler in the greenhouse. I replayed that 3 times earlier because I'm playing with the adjustments of the water pressure at the cellar.
I played the organ after the light was on. Have fun guys. I think I'm catching up.

Hmm. The right light is on and the left light isn't.

The water is running (upstairs valve), the four valves downstairs have been set correctly and the water has been turned on with the lever to the left of the valves.

Could it be different for different players? The right light in my game was lit up for the organ. I'll have to double check to be sure.

On the organ inside the office did you move the sliders so there is practically no noise? If so both lights will light up on the organ, and the light outside.

Your save showed up. The valves aren't set correctly. Turn all of the valves all the way to the right. Then turn the 1st one to the left 6 times, leave the 2nd as is, the 3rd turn to the left 2 times, then the 4th to the left 3 time.

I redid it with the red wheel of the boiler only and the light came on.
I don't know if it is a random thing. I did the organophone later bec I didn't connect it to a code until I entered the capsule.

I did the same thing, Mr. Lipid. At last I did get into the capsule and took a ride. I have found a few things in for Inventory and am quite flumoxed. Maybe, if I can be that patient, I'll wait for MaG to say more. I have to agree with Kara on a differnt Outcry thread, those who do the WT's, along with all of the mods are fantastic. I wish that I were even partly as smart!! Kudos to the aforementioned and many thanks.
