I have been working on this little problem foe three days now and I cannot get the tuning fork into the contraption in the closet. What have I missed? Sue

Oh dear! Here's what the walkthrough says for this section of the game:

Look behind the curtain underneath the workbench and find a photo developing setup. Place the photo negative on the top part of the equipment on the left, turn off the light using the switch on the middle of the back panel, get paper from folder on the right and turn on the equipment with the photo negative. Click on paper and read the developed photo.

Note that the gauge is set to 8, the ammeter reads 7 and a #4 on the right. Backup and look at the work bench. Read the note found on the left side of the bench. Put together the Anti-Vampire System, Dr. Seward describes. Read the backside for instructions on how to use the setup. Place the resistor/u-shaped object on top. Look close on the round object at the center of the resistor and set it to 8 using the +/- icon. Place the electrolysis tube in front of the u-shaped object. Look close and adjust it to 4 using the +/- icon. Place the ammeter/white square box on the middle left and the rheostat/coiled wires at the bottom. Look close on the coiled wire and adjust the ammeter setting to 7 using the +/- icons.

Try all that first, and then see if the antenna can be removed. luck, let us know if you still have problems.

Is the note from the left side of the bench the one with the little vampire rat on the back? If so I've read that ,developed the photo, set something to 7 ,put the contraotion all together, butcannot set the tube to 4 I also set the dial to 8.
I must be brain dead or something!

Have you read the back side of that note on how to make the 'system'?

Be sure that you have removed the antenna..
Double check that all are in place.

Got it! Once again MaG to the rescue along with Rushes. I was putting the entire thing together before trying to remove the antenna, instead of one item at a time. Sue

I'VE EVEN READ THE Walkthrough AND I cannot find the gargoyles in the cemetary.
when it says look on the roof does it mean go up there and look or stay on the ground and look? I've found one (gargoyle) but it'so hazy I can't tell if it's the birdlike one or the horned one. Are any of them there where
drac first went into? Help! I'm not only confused,I guess I'm stupid too! Sue

Sue again, if and when I find those elusive gargoyles do they have to be taken out in any certain order? I'm still wandering around.

First of all I want to sincerely thank everyone for your help 'cause I was ready to toss this game in the dumpster. Secondly ,I've never seen a more unfair trick than to make the gargoyles in that cemetary totally unrecognisable. Anyone else feel the same way?

Sue,

This is the 4th thread that you made for this game. We have merged them when they get made.

Please - cooperate with us so we can help you better.
Use only one thread per game. Yiou can find all your postings at My Place on top of the page.
Once you find your old post - add to it if you have any new questions. Thank you.

If you didn't hear a sound - maybe the piece is not added correctly.

You need to be in position before the glasses can be used.
Go to the hole you came out from when you first arrived here and then turn abck to the grave. Then see if you can use the glasses.
