I bought some game from game shop and I had a lot of problam with installing so I wanted to cancel the shoping and I did not get any response for my letters. I'm asking if somebody can tell me if it is there some costumer protection organization I can ask for help.

Hi martin1 -- you could post about your problems with installing in the GameBoomers Glitches forums -- the experts there may be able to get you up and running.

I don't know of any particular consumer protection organization to contact. Perhaps someone else here does. If there's a phone number on the game shop site, you can sometimes get a faster response by phone than by email.

Martin, most places will not refund a computer game, but of course, the site you bought from may be different.

I have ordered 2 games the same off Dave and he as very kindly exchanged it for another game .Thanks Dave
