These prices for a used version of RHEM really surprised me.

I'm sure I still have the RHEM box somewhere...

From $59.95!

If you think that's bad, look at Monkey Island Archives
starting at $179.95

That has to make a certain man proud and I'm proud for Mr. Müller too. One man's work riding above others.

I have Rhem but not in the box pictured on Amazon.com. It's in, what's best described as a folder with 3 CDs and an update CD that I recived from Knut Muller.

It looks like you have to have Rhem in a box as pictured on Amazon.com for the game to sell for the prices listed.

I guess the box pictured on Amazon must have been the box sold in the U.S. in stores and not the ones ordered from Germany.

Wow, Becky, I checked ebay completed listings and one went for $30 there in a jewel case. I know I have that game around here somewhere lol

Well, here it is for $2.99 in a jewel case
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250302869565

The one for $30 may have been a "Buy it Now." Some people would rather "Buy it Now" for a higher price than have to watch and wait for an auction.

Today's my lucky day. Not only do I have Rhem 1 boxed version, I also have LucasArts Archive series 'Curse of Monkey Island' (includes Secret of Monkey Island and MI 2 Le Chuck's Revenge)

The original rhem packaging direct from Knut was excellent. I have the sesond one like that as well.
I just hope Knut is getting is fair share of those prices!!

I also have original version of Rhem and wouldn't think of parting with it even at those prices!!

Does Knut handle the packaging of his game earlier on? The box version from Got Game looks different from the original packaging. Anyone got a box picture of the original two Rhem games?

DavidT -- I couldn't find a box shot of the Indie version at either the Jave or Moby Games. I'm not sure where else to look!

Unfortunately, Indie adventures sometimes aren't documented well years later. frown

I like both the covers for RHEM 2. Since most of the game is underground, the French one is more accurate though.

My RHEM 2 box looks like ***this***

I also have ***this*** for RHEM 1, but it isn't a box -- it's a sort of flat folder.

There was also a small balck wallet for Rhem 2 like your Rhem 1 wallet jenny100.
I will put up a pic later (when I work out how!)
