im always troling all the reel adventure sites
i see just now that ther is alredy a full walkthruogh for the demo and the ful game len green at ja+
also it has a tutorial for beginers and complete built in hints sistem so you dont need a walkthruogh realy but i suppose some want just the same
i think its also at bigfish but im not sure

Becky, when I press download appears a page that doesn't seem right: Megaupload in Spanish. Is this right? Does one need to download from there?

The name of the file appears (Nombre del archivo: The_Colour_of_Murder_demo.exe) but I don't see any "download" for that file.

Hi mcc -- I've heard back from MDNA Games, and you are supposed to see the page in your own language (the page does appear in various languages). There's a sort of graphic on the download page that shows what you're supposed to do (I agree, it is somewhat confusing).

Thanks, this page must be a mind reader because even when Spanish is my first language I am situated in Michigan and everything in my computer is setup in English .

I tried the download from this page and nothing happened but I entered from another computer, the page appeared in English and apparently is downloading!

Kjos -- can you describe exactly what you did to get it to download?

I got it finally from the page in English, downloaded well and it is playing.

got half way in the download and it quit. There is some kind of software download ,one is free so I used that one had to wait 60 sec. I tried to download it again but I couldn't. Why do they make it so hard to download? Thanks

kjos, once I got the right page I downloaded just the demo writing the letters that appear beside the "Download", pressed Download and chose Free. It didn't take very long to download.

Kjos -- with technology there just seems to be a lot of Murphy's Law going on.

Becky, from the "Download here" in The Color of Murder" page, you get the "Megaupload" page.

Enter the 3 letters in the rectangle on top and click "Download" to get another page.

You will have 2 columns: Premium and Free (translation from french).
Down the free column, you will get "Free download" after a countdown.

And it downloaded OK.

Finding good servers to host large files is very hard nowadays. I agree that MegaUpload isn't the easiest to understand, and certainly not if it by some inexplicable reason turns up in a language that one doesn't understand (it should be in English if you're on an American IP, etc.)

There sometimes seems to be an advertisment in the right column that says "Download now" at the bottom. Don't press that one!

Yeah, never got it to download. Kept downloading a little 121kb index file. Oh well, guess I'll just have to wait.

at the MDNA main page, and then at DEMO page, I still get the same old screen that says "a short demo will be released here shortly ... don't even get to the download page

The Download button is on the page that Becky linked to. Do not click on Demo, click on Download Here in red towards the top.
