There was an online game about a shadow government released just before 9/11 that incorporated fax, telephone, and email. It involved electronic chip brain implants and shadow government black operations. What was the name and what ever happened to the concept !!

I have a vague recollection of reading about a game like that. It sounds like something I read about over on the Adventuregamers forum. That type of game that uses real life things like email and telephone has been called an ARG (Alternate Reality Game). If no one remembers the name of it here, try asking over at ***Adventuregamers***.
