I remember it and it was so funny. I would play it again but don't think it would play on Vista.

I have it and have never played it; I daresay you would recommend I move it up further in my to-play pile? smile

I did get the game running in DOSBox. wave

Hi smile

Yes, Marian, definitely move it up !! evil

I'm behaving very badly, as usual.
I have a really tall stack of unplayed games right now but still keep sneakin' off to play an oldie or two (or three) happydance

Normality is running well on my Win98SE machine .... I just changed the screen resolution to 640 x 480 before I launched it.
[According to the manual the game is for DOS or Win95.]

I don't know anything about Vista, Sherryah, but it would be great if you could get it to run. The dialogue is simply hilarious thumbsup

Cheers.

How could I play normality in the DosBox. It's been years since I played it.

Been a long time since I posted around these parts. grin

Normality is a great little game! Has a nice dash of British humour. Some of the dialogues are downright silly.

The 2.5d engine was used to a lot better effect in Realms of the Haunting, IMO. smile

That's Corey Feldman (of all people!) providing the voice of Kent.

My only complaint was the inability to skip repetitious dialogues.

Should work just fine under DOSBox as others have said.

Remember, stay normal citizen!

Stay Cool,
Branden

I just made a folder in the C drive called NORMAL.
Copied all files from the CD to that folder.

Opened the dosbox folder and opened dosbox.conf med notepad.
At the bottom right under [autoexec] I added:

mount c c:\
mount d d:\ -t cdrom
c:

Save and close it. Then I clicked the dosbox icon.

Type:
cd normal - Push Enter

Type:
normal - Push Enter
