I used the twig to find water and placed the bowl. I have Bread a crow , the skull button, a gold plate but I need to find some silver rods? Cant place them around the caldron. Any hints? Thanks

That silver rod was a way out clue after I found it.
Silver rods - You might have picked it up already - check the description of the tools in inventory. It's in the shed.

Hello, I made it to chapter 4. I like how the music changes in the living room player. So far I have done the water changing paths. Went down the path but the door to water house is locked. Went to chapel gates but they too are locked.Went and turned crank and went down and took a little boat ride,,cool. Met the Boswell family, looked around, played record player, read Boswells diary about Rhiannon. Looked at safe. Tried pushing the fire water ect sybols on walls,,, and walked around but cant find anything else to do..hmmmm..??

Go to the end of that boat ride. There are 3 stops on that ride.
At the end - tons to do.

Thanks Mag, went up these stairs and there is a radio playing..is it a glitch that it wont shut off? or do I need to find a way to turn it off. I can hear it when I went to pick up the glove. I thought it wouild shut off if I played the record play again but it still continues..I liked the quietness of the game. Will start again at my last save and try to avoid going in there till I have to.

You might have missed seeing the ghost of Rhiannion turning the radio on.

As you mentioned -----
Start over and then go up to second floor, check there.
Then go up to third floor and watch the cutscene. She gives a clue there.
The radio will turn off if you stay at third floor for a while.

I didnt see a ghost, so that must be it. Like your edit Last save I had was in chapter 4 so will have to redo all the slides again. Will save again at the beginning of chapter 5. At least I still have my notes to follow.

Saw number 2 Rhiannons body, got ring, got the saddle, read a letter in the old bedroom. Cant figure out if I need to start a bonfire?? Need to do something with waterwheel but dont know what..hope I dont poison the water...hot spot on freezer and coffee table.
Was kinda creepy seeing the body in the old dining room, but I've read some old obituaries where my relatives did the same thing...glad I wasnt around then.

Hi Mag, I think I have a glitch and will have to start the chapter over. When I go to the water wheel and get the tone it says generator tone, and when I go inside to the generator it wont record the sound.I have the freezer tone and the fan tone. Tried to get the record player tone but get a script runtime error. I think my game is haunted. And do you ever get to pick up the wrench in the workroom? And is there a certain way you have to do the tones?

I did not pick up the torque wrench - no.
The leaflet of the wrench is a clue.

Tones: I read the mail. Got the mp3 and the Tunovox. From there, I used the Tunovox first (tone button) and then automatically get the mp3 reading on the items-symbols.

I did save at the begining of chapter 5 so its no big deal to start over. Maybe I'll start and try to get the generator tone first and keep trying till its right. I did write down where I found graves and items needed to be found so it will be easier the second time around. ...unless I am haunted Thanks

Seems this game was made by only 3 people. I think I liked it because there wasnt alot of talking and it seems like you solved the problem and put the ghosts to rest. I hope their next game is in the same fashion and have the same game play. Its my second favorite game of all time... I give the game an A+
