You should see a door in that alley and someone sleeping against a wall. The person sleeping is not important, knock on the door.

I've been away from this game (playing those drated CGs) & I still can't find the monk. I am in an alleyway, there is a dog on the L side & 2 men talking on hte r side. No one slieeping on ground & no door to knock on. I have done the museum & everywhere I try to go he says he must talk to Herodorus. Am I in the right place??

thanks

Mome

From where you are turn around and go forward.
You will see the market place on the left and the camels on the right.
Go forward to the road between the market and the camels.
Then the screen changes.
To the left of the camels is a building with stairs.
To the left of that is the exit arrow to go to an alley.
There you'll see the sleeping man and the monk's place.

I have read the papers and letter. picked up matches and crusifix, walked around, and he won't go out the door saying there is more to investigate. Looked at map...have a red pencil. That is about it.

Right click the game screen and access the documents to read the letter and the newspaper.

Jorja, write down the sites that have to be connected by the lines. You don't have to print the walkthrough.

Before that puzzle can be done - did you read all the newspaper and checked the newspaper that are mentioned? There is one newspaper that you have to hunt for in a puzzle.

When the lines are drawn - did you click at the intersected point by all those lines?
