After viewing Bogdanov's Financial Report, Lena Vanderbilt appears on my navigation map. According to the walkthroughs I need to compare Bogdanov's Financial Report and Name List to get Gillian Jones to appear on my navigation map. But the Financial Report is no longer in my inventory. Is it somewhere else?

The financial report should still be in your inventory, but perhaps now it looks a little different. Check for anything resembling paperwork, then click on the "I" icon to examine it and the list should appear.

Oops! I thought that it was the "Cyrillic" list.
