I sent you a saved game when the wand is taken - you just need to go to the living room, press the middle component of the stereo and sit down on the couch.

Chapter 5 in the cellar trying to make the pentacle.... can someone send me a save for this part..i am confused..also where would i look for the saved file once i get it? im running windows Vista...

I don't know where it is in Vista but it is in My Documents in XP.
To do the pentacle - you need to press the buttons on the walls in correct order.
Place the circular stone under the stairs. Face it.
With you back turned to the boat and facing the stairs - press the one on the wall at bottom left.
Then top right.
Then top left.
Last is bottom right.

I also sent you a saved game.

i placed the stone in the staircase and then treid to do what you said bottom left and that symbol didnt recess and i got the laugh.. I dont know where the saved game file is in vista..so ill hold up on the save you sent me unless some else has a vista os..

Re location of saved games.

On my Vista (Home Basic) system, there is a saved games folder for every user:
C:\Users\[your username]\Saved Games
