Level 20, although there's a mutagen available earlier that you can take for a silver talent before that.

Well, still no success getting through the last (I think) barricade.
I am positive I'm in the right place - got desperate enough to check walkthrough maps - and I have been blasting and trying burning also in every direction - but no go !!

Well !! I only had the wrong sign highlighted and hadn't noticed !! I WAS in the right place and I WAS aiming at the right barricade !!

I honestly don't feel the game changed that much in the main, by my playing on the side of The Order this time, and once I'd made the decision I was going to do that - and stuck to it - I enjoyed myself just as much as when I opposed them in a previous play

Nor, once I'd got over the shock of my decision, did I feel I was at all being evil !!

How fickle is that ??

I have never gotten Geralt to "go green" in any of the game I've played!! I must not be selecting the right dialogue.

Yes, you have to have the right dialog responses, and they didn't come up for me the first visit.
